Business Hours
Although we offer 24/7 care to the animal staying with us, we do keep regular business hours for pick up/drop offs and office hours when your pet is not currently in our care. Office hours refer to emails, calls, texts, and social media. It generally takes up to 3 business days for processing and response. To speed up the process if you are a new client, please have your new client form submitted before emailing.
Of course, if we are currently caring for your pet, we understand the need for emergent/last minute communication at times. Exceptions will be made on office hours for those instances, for special needs pets, etc.
